Your Leadership Role: What You Will Achieve
As the Manager, you are the cornerstone of our setting. Your focus will be on operational excellence and visionary team leadership in the following ways:

• Inspirational Leadership: Guide, mentor, and motivate our team of practitioners through effective training and reflective practice.
​
• Quality Assurance: Drive the highest standards of safeguarding, compliance, and educational provision (EYFS).
​
• Operational Management: Oversee all daily functions, including rotas, resource allocation, and maintaining impeccable administrative records.
​
• Community Building: Cultivate strong, trusted relationships with parents, external partners, and local authorities.
​
What You Will Bring
To excel in this role, you should possess:
• A relevant Level 4 Qualification (or higher) in Early Years Education.
​
• Significant, proven leadership and management experience within an Early Years setting.
​
• Expert knowledge of Safeguarding, SEND protocols, and the statutory EYFS framework.
​
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, characterized by warmth, clarity, and strong professional boundaries.
​
• A genuine passion for supporting staff wellbeing and professional growth.
