Your Role: Supporting Big Adventures

As a Level 2 Nursery Assistant, you will work closely with our Room Leaders and Level 3 Practitioners to provide exceptional care. Your daily journey will include:

• Active Play: Assisting in the delivery of fun, creative activities that encourage children to learn through play.

​

• Daily Care: Supporting children’s physical needs, including mealtimes, personal care, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.

​

• Observations: Helping to monitor children’s progress and contributing to their learning journeys under the guidance of senior staff.

​

• Team Spirit: Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the room and a happy atmosphere for the children.

​

What You Will Bring

• Qualification: A full and relevant Level 2 Qualification in Early Years/Childcare.
