Your Role: Inspiring Small Steps
As a Level 3 Nursery Nurse, you will be a "Key Person" for our children, playing a vital role in their development and happiness. Your day-to-day will include:
​
• Engaging Play: Designing and implementing creative, age-appropriate activities that spark curiosity and align with the EYFS framework.
​
• Child Development: Observing and tracking the progress of your key children, ensuring every child reaches their full potential.
​
• Safe Haven: Maintaining the highest standards of safeguarding and health and safety to keep our little ones protected.
​
• Partnerships: Building warm, professional relationships with parents and carers through daily feedback and developmental updates.
​
What You Will Bring
• Qualification: A full and relevant Level 3 Qualification in Early Years/Childcare.
​
• Experience: A solid understanding of the EYFS and experience working within a nursery setting.
​
• Spirit: A positive "can-do" attitude, a love for the outdoors, and a genuine passion for early childhood education.
​
• Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a close-knit team.
